My name is Mr H.M Sachdev(Diamond) ADI M.I.A.M. RAC ADV.INS DIP.DIPCV,CGL7307.    I am an independent fully qualified(Grade 5) driving instructor, operating in the Leicester.I'm Fifty+ years old and have been teaching for the last Twenty Three years.   I first became an instructor because I thought it was something I could be good at and enjoy at the same time, although it was a lot harder to pass all the exams than I originally thought. At first I was a bus driver but I soon realised that to really develop my skills I needed to be running my own independent company, so in 23years. Since then I have been working to improve my own teaching and expand my business as much as possible. There always seems to be something new to learn, each new pupil needing a slightly different approach and I'll never get tired of seeing the smile on peoples faces when they pass their test.
